Digital delivery only
Every product in the Resource Library is a digital toolkit or framework. ELLE EM Advisory does not ship any physical goods for these products, and no shipping or courier costs apply to a Resource Library purchase. The one exception is printed books, covered separately below.
How delivery works
Once a payment is confirmed as complete by PayFast, delivery is triggered automatically. You will receive a secure download link by email, sent to the address used at checkout. Where a product includes a companion file, for example The AI Command Centre workbook included with The AI Operating System, a separate secure download link for that file is sent in the same email.
Your file and licence code
Every product is delivered as a PDF (or, for included companion files, an Excel workbook), personally watermarked with your name, email address and a unique licence code, together with an embedded verification QR code. This identifies the file as licensed to you and is applied automatically at the point of download.
Timing
Delivery is typically instant and usually arrives within a few minutes of payment. In rare cases, such as an email delay on the receiving end, it can take up to a few hours.
If you haven't received your product
First check your spam or junk folder, as automated delivery emails are occasionally filtered there. If you still haven't received anything within 24 hours of a successful payment, email hello@elleem-advisory.co.za with your proof of payment and we will resend it directly.
Your download link
Your download link remains valid for three years from the date of purchase, so you can return to it and re-download your file if you lose the original. The link and the file it delivers are tied to your purchase and are not intended to be shared, reproduced or redistributed. See our Terms & Conditions for the full licence terms.
Books
Books by Letoya Mxotwa (see Books) are sold separately from the Resource Library and can be bought as a digital copy or a printed copy.
A digital book is delivered as a personal, browser-based flip-book rather than a downloadable file. Once payment clears, you'll receive an email with a reading link tied to your purchase. As with Resource Library links, it stays valid for an extended period and isn't intended to be shared.
A printed book is not delivered digitally at all. It is packed and posted by hand, so dispatch is not instant, expect your copy to arrive within 7 to 14 working days of your order, with a confirmation email on order and tracking details sent once it's on its way. Printed books carry a flat R100 shipping fee, added at checkout on top of the book price, and are currently posted within South Africa. Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout, as orders are packed and addressed manually.
