Digital resource-library products
Toolkits and frameworks purchased through the Resource Library are delivered digitally, immediately after payment is confirmed. Because access or download is instant, all resource-library purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, except in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- Payment was confirmed but the product was not delivered within 24 hours.
- The file or reading link you received is genuinely faulty and cannot be resolved by resending it.
To request a refund under one of these circumstances, email hello@elleem-advisory.co.za within 7 days of purchase with your proof of payment. Valid requests are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Books
Books by Letoya Mxotwa (see Books) follow a similar principle, applied to how each format is fulfilled.
A digital book is delivered as an instant flip-book reading link and, like resource-library products, is final and non-refundable once delivered, except for the same cases above: duplicate charges, non-delivery within 24 hours, or a reading link that is genuinely faulty and cannot be resolved by resending it.
A printed book is packed and posted by hand, so it can still be cancelled for a full refund (including the shipping fee) any time before it has shipped, simply email hello@elleem-advisory.co.za to cancel. Once a printed book has shipped, it is refunded or replaced only if it arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or, for a lost order, once a reasonable delivery window has clearly passed) with your order details. Change-of-mind returns are not available on printed books, as each copy is packed and posted individually by hand.
Booked advisory sessions
Discovery Calls and Corporate Consultations are complimentary and can be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost with reasonable notice. Paid sessions, such as a Strategy Session or Executive Coaching Session, can be rescheduled free of charge if you give at least 24 hours' notice; cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable. To reschedule or cancel a booked session, email hello@elleem-advisory.co.za referencing your booking.
Advisory engagements
Cancellation and refund terms for proposal-based advisory engagements are set out in the individual engagement letter agreed with each client, and take precedence over this general policy.
